Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Hotel

The location was magnificent: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. Truly enjoyed staying at the nicely furnished and brand-new room with a fantastic view.

the refurbished restaurant is amazing for lunch or buffet.

Views are ugly.

This was an amazing and ideal location right by the center as well as Grand Hyatt for a staycation after having birthday celebration at the Grand Steakhouse. Asked for king room and it was well-maintained with very professional services.

kindly they offer me up grade room in upper 30 th floor.As a traveller like me it was useful the lunge where in 30th and chef's cooking unforgetabl.The sauna bath belong to the poor is fantastic with nice photogenic view because of huge window, better than four seasons in west.

.To go to central it isa short distance but not very easy Wan Chai station is bit far,taxi is sometimes unkind& unclean.Without london taxi of this hotel will be little unhappy.now even the standard room in this category hotel in HK TV in the bath room is must item .I request one.

We were offered a late check-out for 01 PM, far too early for us. When we inquired about a later time, we were told we had to switch rooms due to overbooking. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff left us frustrated, especially as we felt dismissed when asking about returning to the club lounge.

the staff were just so courteous, nothing was too hard for them, the hotel and room was great and had everything you could want.The food was also very good and the staff excellent. We would not hesitate to go back there again.Great Hotel.

The overall experience was mixed. While the service was excellent and the breakfast good, the location felt a bit isolated for our liking. We enjoyed some special moments , especially the personalized birthday setup in our room.

Fantastic room, excellent amenities, including a heated outdoor pool with a lovely steam room and sauna for ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring.
